I will set up your computer and personalize it for you, create user accounts, uninstall all the pre-installed junk software that you don't need, activate and install all the latest Windows Updates (and schedule them to continue automatically), and install a suite of awesome, free software including anti-virus, anti-spyware, diagnostic utilities, Adobe Reader, temp-file/system clean up software, etc.  Additionally, I will customize your machine and install any desired third party software.  When you get your computer it will be 100% ready to go!

Format / Reinstall of Windows XP Pro  .......... $249

If your Operating System is corrupted, your computer is running slooooooow, or you are hopelessly infested with viruses and spyware, a format / reinstall is just what the doctor ordered.  I will back up your data, format your drive, reinstall Windows XP, and ship your computer back to you.  All services in the Initial Computer Setup above are also included.

Vista to Windows XP Pro "Downgrade" .......... $299

If you spent hundreds of dollars on a new computer and are ready to throw it out the window, I can help! I will "downgrade" your Vista machine to Windows XP Professional, install all the necessary device drivers, and backup/restore your data. Think how much faster your computer will be with Windows XP on it!  All services in the Initial Computer Setup above are also included.  (Satisfaction guaranteed - if I cannot perform the downgrade, you will get your computer back with Vista intact, paying only shipping.)
